Great news for Facebook messenger users as Zuckerberg launched a new Facebook Messenger app F8. Nifty new features are frequently added, but they can sometimes be overlooked. Facebook is currently testing two other new features.
A series of business-friendly updates are rolling out to Facebook Messenger over the next few weeks, the company announced, preparing the app for its dream of providing a cohesive way for businesses and their clients to communicate.
These changes amount to more visible page usernames, shortened Messenger links and Messenger codes (like QR codes) that open chats with a business, and preset Messenger greetings that appear when a chat window is opened.
The new additions to Facebook Messenger, centered on making it more business-friendly.

Race for the White House: Trump furious with the RNC over Colorado delegates
Republican presidential front-runner and business man Donald Trump erupted on “Fox & Friends” Monday morning after a weekend that saw Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas sweep all of Colorado’s 34 delegates without any votes being cast by citizens in a traditional primary process.
“I’ve gotten millions … of more votes than Sen. Ted Cruz, and I’ve gotten hundreds of delegates more, and we keep fighting, fighting, fighting, and then you have a Colorado where they just get all of these delegates, and it’s not even a system,” Trump said, during the Fox News broadcast. “There was no voting. I didn’t go out there to make a speech or anything. There’s no voting.” His comments came after Cruz won the remaining 13 delegates at the weekend’s convention, bringing his total for the state to 34, an outcome he described as unfair and just shy of illegal.
Looks like the RNC will be hearing from the Donald soon!

FROM CORPORATE JOB TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP
In
life there are very few of us who follow our passion, doing the things we love.
Many others go to work, to jobs they don’t love, working for hours each day for
someone else’s vision and dreams. If you are lucky, you have a great boss or
supervisor who encourages and inspires you and colleagues who are friendly and
accommodating, as you face daily challenges in the office.
And
if you are unlucky, it’s always going to be a disaster because you will have a
boss or supervisor who doesn’t give a shit about you. Every day you battle with
the fear of being laid off from work, you are unhappy at your job and you go
home after a day’s work feeling sad, tired and exhausted.
Life
is too short and too precious to spend even a second of our day not doing
something we love. So the question is why don’t people take a “leap of faith”
doing that which they love and feel comfortable with?
“It
took me twelve years of sprinting up the corporate ladder, living to work,
moving six times, relationships destroyed and compromising my values and
beliefs to finally wake up and realize, I had jeopardized everything I was
passionate about: traveling, getting married, having children and becoming an
entrepreneur. Now I don’t want to come across as a victim because I definitely
could’ve had better balance in my life. However, I was so fixated on getting to
the next level each time, despite feeling constant stress and anxiety, that I
lost all sense of what was important to me’, explains James Adamy, CEO of
Ju-mp.
Studying
the lives of major entrepreneurs and CEO, I have come up with these tips on how
to take a leap of faith into building your dream and creating your own future.
Check your Fear Factor
First,
you should check your attitude and your fear factor. Fear can be real or
imaginary. It primarily comes from a lack of understanding of the uncertainties
in the world of business start ups. Check your fear factor by putting up
strategic plans tangible enough to provide successful outcomes.
Most
often times the best way to check fear factor is by doing things that
challenges us because only then can we device means or measures of avoiding the
fear of not accomplishing our goals. Think of ways you can create a work-life
balance to embrace success.
Attitude is Everything
William
James of Harvard said; “the greatest discovery of my generation is that human
beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of the mind”.
Examine
your attitude because it is the foundation of success regardless of one’s
chosen career or field. Have you ever wondered why some individuals,
organizations or countries are more successful than others? They have the right
attitude. With the right attitude you can effectively act on and execute your
goals and creating a better future for yourself.
Develop
a Network
There’s
nothing like having good relationships with people – the right people. They
help to motivate you and encourage your dreams. Do everything possible to start
meeting people who can potentially become colleagues, friends, clients and/or
business partners.
Manage your Personal Finance
The
most important resource in any organization is finance. It is the most
important tool that sets the organization running. Make a list of the financial
state you are now. Allocate funds to the different contents of your start up.
Once you’ve done that, run a check of what will be left as your personal
finance.
There
are two contents to that; your personal financial state after allocating funds
to your start up and the resource of your start up. Have a support system that
will enable you achieve the desired success.

Exploring the state of the mind
Everyone has a mind; however, very few of us possess a deep understanding of the nature and functions of the mind. Why is it necessary to understand our mind? The answer is simple and logical. Happiness and suffering are states of mind, and so if we want to be free from suffering and enjoy true happiness we need to possess a thorough understanding of the mind and how to control it.
In recent years our knowledge and control of the external world have increased considerably and as a result we have witnessed extraordinary material development; but the resultant effect has not been an increase in human happiness. Suffering around the world has not decreased, and there are no fewer problems. On the contrary, it could be said that there are now greater problems and more unhappiness than ever before. Therefore, we can see clearly that the cause of happiness and the solution to our problems will never be found by increasing our knowledge or control of the external world. Happiness and suffering only exist within the mind and so their origins are not to be found outside the mind. If we want to find lasting happiness and freedom from suffering we must improve our understanding of the mind. When things don’t go our way or we experience difficulties in life our normal reaction is to regard the situation itself as the problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience arise from within the mind. If we were to respond to life’s difficulties with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us; indeed we may even come to regard them as challenges or opportunities for spiritual growth. Problems arise only if we react to difficult situations with a negative state of mind. Therefore, if we want to be free from problems we must gain control of our mind.

Richard Branson explains his source of wealth
Billionaire British Tycoon Richard Branson,65, says he's not happy because he's rich but rather he's rich because he's happy. He says his hugely successful empire is the result of his cheery state of mind.
'I know I'm fortunate to live an extraordinary life and that most people would assume my business success, and the wealth that comes with it, have brought me happiness. But they haven't - in fact it's the reverse. I am successful, wealthy and connected because I am happy.' he wrote on his blog
In the write up, Branson encouraged readers not to focus on tasks but remember they are human beings rather than 'human doings'.
"Kids are often asked: "What do you want to be when you grow up?" The world expects grandiose aspirations: "I want to be a writer, a doctor, the prime minister." 'They're told: go to school, go to college, get a job, get married and then you'll be happy. But that's all about doing, not being - and while doing will bring you moments of joy, it won't necessarily reward you with lasting happiness.
'Stop and breathe. Be healthy. Be around your friends and family. Be there for someone, and let someone be there for you. Be bold. Just be for a minute.
